Barbara de Mora was born in England in 1952. She studied Art and Psychology at the University of Wales.

Since leaving England in 1975, Barbara has studied and painted in several different countries. The six international
moves she has made between continents of varying climates and cultures have had a strong influence on her art.
Between 1989 and 1997 she submitted work to 33 group exhibitions and to date, has had four successful solo
exhibitions.

Barbara presently lives in Quebec, Canada. Her paintings hang in private collections in Canada, England, France,
Germany, New Zealand and Australia. Barbara accepts commissions for illustration work.
